The Six Learning Areas and the Early Learning goals The school provides a friendly, caring environment in which the children can engage in a rich variety of both chosen and directed activities. These are designed to help the children develop socially, emotionally and intellectually.The Early learning goals are linked to children learning to play, work and cooperate with others. The activities based on the early learning goals for preschool children are organised within a chosen topic which may extend over several weeks.
